Hi, I’m Dimi.

I’m an Occupational Therapist helping children, teens and young adults build confidence, independence and meaningful participation in everyday life. My approach is practical, collaborative and grounded in real life, because therapy should feel helpful outside the session too.

With over 5 years of experience, I support individuals, families and other clinicians across a range of areas.

  • Parent capacity building
  • Functional Capacity Assessments

  • Supervision for Occupational Therapists, new graduates and Allied Health Assistants

How I work

Practical OT, built around real life.

Life doesn’t happen in a therapy room, so therapy shouldn’t stay there. My approach is collaborative, practical, neuroaffirming and trauma-informed, grounded in the reality of your everyday life. Together, we’ll figure out what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and build the skills, confidence and independence that make everyday life feel a little easier, more meaningful and more like yours.

Real-life focused

Therapy that fits around everyday routines, environments and goals.

Collaborative

Working alongside individuals, families and supports.

Practical

Strategies that make sense outside the therapy room.
