Functional Capacity Assessments

Functional Capacity Assessments (FCAs) provide a comprehensive picture of how disability impacts everyday functioning, participation and independence across daily life.

Assessments may include interviews, observations, standardised assessments and collaboration with family members, educators and support teams across home, school, work and community settings.

This information is brought together into a detailed report with practical recommendations to support NDIS funding reviews, reassessments and access to appropriate supports and services.

FCAs are typically completed over 10–20 hours, depending on the complexity of needs, goals and assessment requirements.

Clinical Supervision

Warm, reflective and practical supervision for Occupational Therapists, new graduates and Allied Health Assistants.

My supervision approach is informed by reflective and transformative supervision models, including training completed with Michelle Bihary.

I offer supervision for Occupational Therapists, new graduates and Allied Health Assistants seeking a supportive space to reflect, grow and strengthen their practice.

Supervision provides a space to pause, reflect and make sense of the work. Together, we can unpack challenges, explore complex cases, strengthen clinical reasoning and build confidence in your therapeutic decision making.

Beyond the day-to-day

It is also a space to support your professional development goals, helping you grow in areas that matter to you while building sustainable ways of working that support wellbeing and reduce burnout.
